hi! It's been a week since my last post. Have been kinda busy with school projects.

Let me update on my workout. I started but it didn't go as planned. I didn't go on friday!!!! But at least i started. I must aim to improve next week. But overall, i do feel better. I feel healthier too. Tomorrow will be day one in week two.

Gossip Girl airs tomorrow. I can't wait.

If i still did, i wouldn't have rejected her when she desperately wanted to patch things up with me. So it's obvious that i don't love her anymore.

BORING SUNDAY

Hi. I woke up at 12noon today from a very weird dream and i also realized that i like to talk in my sleep and do actions that i'm dreaming of. For instance, the dream i had. I was smoking and laughing. Imagine someone who is sleeping but he is moving and talking like what i just mentioned. WEIRD RIGHT! HAHA

Well so i woke up, did some pull ups and then went to eat (lol). Had a good conversation with my mum while eating. I LOVE MY MUM! I realize that as i grow older, i seldom get to talk with my parents. :( She is so funny. She likes to make me laugh and smile.

MUM: What's that word mean? A-WAY-SOH-MAY
ME: You pronounced it wrong. It's awesome.
MUM: I know. i was just testing u. lol
ME: -__- :)

After eating, i played the guitar for a couple of hours, did some more pull ups and then finally went to bathe (lol). Went to cycle from 4 to 7. My legs are aching now. OH WELL. It's a good start to exercise before going to the gym tomorrow!

I don't know why I decided to create a blog but I just did. Well here's a recap of what I want to achieve in 2011:

2011 to do list
  • work out consistently
  • lose weight
  • prepare for IPPT
  • bathe cold water (lol)
  • watch what i eat
  • improve my gpa
  • find my sense of style
  • spend wisely
Basically, the only thing I've managed to do from the list is to bathe with cold water each time I take a bath. The reason why this is in my to do list is because I learned that bathing with warm water makes my skin very dry. Yeah, that's basically the story behind it.

Well, that's only one down. I plan to start working out on monday. After researching on how to start losing weight, I finally have a clear and positive mind on what i want to achieve. For those who want to start too, this is a good website : http://www.free-online-health.com/how-to-set-goals.htm

  1. I want to lose 10kg
  2. I want to lose 0.5- 1 kg per week
  3. I plan to accomplish this in 16 weeks
Now I'm going to plan my workout here. I have 5 days of school

Mon : 11am to 12pm
Tues : 1pm to 5pm
Wed : 8am to 12pm/3pm
Thur : 10am to 5pm
Fri : 9am to 12pm

So, the days which are best for gym is Mon, Wed and Friday

Mon 7am to 9am : Chest and bicep workout
Wed 12pm to 3pm : shoulder and tricep
Wed 3pm to 5pm : shoulder and tricep (ALT WEEK)
Fri 7am to 9am : Back and legs

tues, thurs and sat. go jog

And i chill on sunday :)

Well it's easier said than done. I can do this!
